Work Week 2026

Help us prepare the grounds for camp meeting!
Our Buildings and Grounds Team needs your help to get ready for Camp Sychar 2026. Join us June 29th through July 3rd to complete projects and open up buildings for the summer. Overnight accommodations and meals are provided, so bring the family, bring friends, and bring the youth group! The final meal provided will be lunch on Friday.

Pre-Camp
July 13th to 15th, 2026
Camp meeting begins on Thursday, July 16th, but there’s a lot of things to do the week before to get ready. Come join us as we finish up projects and open buildings up for Camp Sychar 2026! Meals will be provided starting Monday, July 13th at noon, and you can move into your lodging a few days early.

Leaf Raking 2026

We have a lot of beautiful trees at Camp Sychar, and that means we have a lot of leaves every fall. Join us the last Saturday of October as we rake leaves around the grounds. Bring a leaf blower, bring a rake, bring a friend! A chili lunch will be provided for those serving.
