When you have “graduated” from the Youth Ministry Program at Camp Sychar, your adventure in spiritual growth and service is just beginning. If you are in the 19 to 20-something age group, there is a place for you at Camp Sychar. You matter to God, so you matter to us at Camp Sychar! The number of opportunities for you to be involved in receiving and giving ministry away are increasing each year, which is great, because the number of young adults participating is growing rapidly as well.
The leaders of the Camp are committed to providing ministry designed specifically for your age group. You can participate in morning worship services and afternoon recreation activities along with the youth of the camp. You can gather with other young adults for thought-provoking discussion sessions about relevant life issues in the afternoons at 4pm. Worship for the whole family in the evening at 7pm is often followed by fellowship opportunities for young adults.
There is no pre-registration requirement in order to participate in the Young Adult Ministry. All are welcome to attend - whether you can attend all of Camp, just for a day, or on the weekends. If you will need lodging while on the grounds, you should make reservations well in advance. For additional information on lodging, contact Mr. Dale Starbuck at dstarbuck@oh.rr.com.
