Camp Sychar is a non-denominational holiness camp meeting originally chartered as the Ohio State Holiness Camp Meeting Association, whose purpose is the promotion of Scriptural Holiness as interpreted in the Arminian Wesleyan tradition. We welcome members of all denominations or of none at all, and without regard for race, color or national origin. Annual sessions of the camp meeting begin the Thursday before the last Sunday of July and end on the first Sunday of August. This years dates are July 22nd - August 1st, 2010. - The Mission Project we worked on at Sychar 2009 for the Wesleyan Hospital in Sierra Leone was sucha a success, we're doing it again this year!! Carol Dewey will lead us once again as we roll bandages for the hospital where missionary Drs. Tom and Karen Asher are serving. So.... BRING CLEAN SHEETS to Sychar 2010 that we can make into bandages.
- We've made some TIME CHANGES for Sychar 2010. The evening service will now begin at 7:00pm and the musical goodnight will begin at 10:00pm. The special events that have traditionally begun at 6:30pm will be moved to 6:15pm, except for the Healing and Memorial Services. Check the "schedule" page on the website for Sychar's daily schedule.
